Deposit fees are due on all appointments. This holds your spot. It is non refundable & non transferable. Pictures maybe taken during your service. This is how I’m able to showcase my work and get additional clientele. If you’re uncomfortable with pictures being taken of you, please let me know before your treatment starts - If you have a Cold Sore/ Fever Blister PLEASE reschedule LATE POLICY: If you are running late please communicate. There is a 10 minute grace period. After communication if I'm able to to still service you, at the 11th minute there is $15 late fee. More than 10 minutes late OR same day cancellation- appointment will be canceled and card on file will be charged 100% of the balance due for cancellation fee. 
If you're more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you'll be marked as a no-show which could result in a reschedule on all or part of your services. Please call/text if you are running late so I can best accommodate you. RESCHEDULING ONLY ONE RESCHEDULE PER APPOINTMENT (deposits transfer with this appointment only) in the same month. New appointment must be made if need to reschedule again & new deposit must be paid. BEFORE & AFTER HOUR APPOINTMENTS There will be an additional fee ranging from $25-$75 depending on the time. * Please note services will be altered to account for time as to not run into the next clients scheduled time. ** If you decide to not show up for your appointment and to not notify me this could result in not being able to book with me for future appointments. ** A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for any no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. If you no-show, a new appointment must be rebooked with a new deposit. ** NO REFUNDS ON ANY SERVICES OR PACKAGES UNLESS I AM AT FAULT Please read policies in full before booking.
